Veterinary Receptionist
A Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient front desk experience. Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and registration.

Schedule appointments, manage the clinic calendar, and coordinate with veterinary teams.

Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate client and patient records in the clinic management system.

Process payments, issue invoices, and explain billing details to clients.

Provide information on clinic services, policies, and general pet care guidelines.

Coordinate with the medical team regarding emergencies, follow-ups, and ongoing cases.

Manage and restock front desk supplies and client-facing materials.

Maintain confidentiality of client and clinic information at all times.

Requirements for the Role

Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is an advantage).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with pet owners.

Proficiency in using clinic software, email systems, and office tools.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks in a busy clinic environment.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
