Clinic Helper/Cleaner
A Clinic Helper/Cleaner is an essential member of the veterinary team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients, clients, and staff. At CardioVet Veterinary Clinic, we understand that cleanliness and hygiene are critical to providing high-quality veterinary care, and our helpers play a vital role in supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect consultation rooms, surgical suites, cages, and waiting areas.

Ensure all areas of the clinic, including public and staff-only zones, are sanitized regularly.

Assist in the safe disposal of medical and general waste following UAE regulations.

Restock cleaning supplies and assist with the organization of equipment and materials.

Support the veterinary team during busy hours by running errands and providing general assistance.

Monitor laundry duties, including washing and sterilizing bedding, towels, and uniforms.

Report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately to the management team.

Help maintain a calm and stress-free environment for animals during cleaning routines.

Requirements for the Role

Prior experience in cleaning or facility maintenance (experience in a medical or veterinary setting is preferred).

Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and disinfection protocols.

Physically fit, reliable, and able to handle active cleaning tasks throughout the day.

Positive attitude and a willingness to support the clinic team as needed.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
